Energy healing is one of the most valuable resources for healing horses, animals, and humans' energetic bodies, minds, and spirits because the technique is non-invasive and has been proven to reduce stress in humans and animals. One of Energy healing's most effective uses is in the healing of horses and animals. Horses and animals are very receptive to energy work because they don't have any expectations or doubts that can often get in the way of a human's energy healing experience. Most animals will choose to come to you and be present in the experience. If they enjoy it, they will relax into the energy. However, if, for any reason, it doesn't want to participate any longer, it will simply walk away. Horses are excellent clients and love all forms of energy healing! They usually respond by closing their eyes or falling asleep. Often they keep a leg cocked in a relaxed position, soften their lower lip, and lower their head, letting you know they are enjoying the session! You can feel the energy moving through their bodies and hear their stomachs gurgle as the energy flows and removes energetic blockages along the way. In addition, their skin will ripple and gently twitch when we come to a specific area that may have stored energy that could be presenting itself outwardly as anxiety or causing your horse to be stressed. They will let you know what they want and move to where they will benefit most from the energy. Energy does intuitively know where to go, but a horse will generally want to guide you to what feels best for them. Once your horse has had enough, they will let you know by walking away or moving into a different position. Most of the time, they love the energy and will let you work on them for at least 45 minutes. Horses have incredible memories of places and people and the trauma they may have experienced before you had them in your life. So they will carry these imbalances in their energy centers or chakras just like we would as humans. An energy healing session can help to alleviate these issues.
