Every Crystal Healing session will vary depending on the individual's specific needs. The modalities we use will be intuitively chosen for you once we have had a consultation to determine your desires for this session and assess your goals for future growth. Crystal healing can be beneficial in many ways to balance the energies of the physical body while assisting you in clearing stuck lower frequency vibrations from the 9 Chakra systems of the body. Each Chakra or "wheel of energy" is responsible for processing different emotional experiences throughout our lives. When we are unaware of the healing power of our energy centers and do not know to take a moment to nurture our etheric, energetic, and physical bodies, the Chakra systems can become unbalanced and start to cause us to experience a myriad of symptoms. These Chakra imbalances can show up in so many ways. For example, you may experience unhealthy behavioral patterns, fall back on old coping mechanisms or have a hard time maintaining healthy boundaries in relationships or your career. You could feel overwhelmed with anxiety when you are usually relaxed and calm-natured. Relationship issues can creep up and call to action past relationship cycles that are repeating even after you have worked hard to change them. Your self-confidence can be affected when you have energy imbalances, these imbalances could keep you from being able to manifest the abundant life you envision for yourself.
