Service Description

The first session is what I like to call our "Discovery Session" This is when we get a feel for each other's energy and if we are a good fit to work together. During this session, we will also discover your goals and anything you want to improve, focus on, or change in your life. Building a relationship with each other is essential to creating a container of space where you feel safe to delve deep into areas of your life where you think an imbalance might be. Sometimes we need to shine a light on any reoccurring issues that have you stuck using outdated coping mechanisms or repeating unhealthy patterns within the subconscious. What do you want to achieve? Do you have specific goals you are working towards but keep spinning your wheels? We can gain insight into all areas of your life to address what keeps you from accessing all you desire and creating the reality that will bring you the most Joy. Cancellation Policy

Policy on Cancellations, No-Shows, and Lateness~ 24-hours advance notice is required. If I do not receive this advance notice, I'm sorry, but your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. Particular circumstances will, of course, be considered, but there might be a late fee or no-show fee. Please take the time to email me or call me if you need to reschedule. My time is valuable, and so is yours. We usually cannot make up that time if you're late, and if you choose not to show up, you will be charged in full.
