I am happy to assist you in all areas of shadow work, soul retrieval, cord cutting, and clearing the subconscious blocks that prevent you from living your life with joy and happiness. Using my experience as a Trauma/Resilience Coach and Shadow Work Guide, I aim to explore what lies beneath the surface to identify and confront your deepest wounds and fears. Accessing the Shadow can be a powerful healing tool because shadow work is integral to healing from life experiences that were too much to handle at the time. Those buried emotions and painful experiences reside within the Shadow and need a little light shone in their direction to heal. As a Shadow Walker, I have walked this path for almost all my life, and I can be the beacon of light you need to access these depths of your hidden darkness. We will gain access to the depths of the subconscious, where the shadows reside. There, you will discover the strengths you have gained through enduring adversity throughout your life!
