Begin the Path Back to Yourself ~ Shadow Insight Session This 60-minute exploration helps you dive into aspects of self that have been buried under the weight of responsibility, inherited belief systems, and coping mechanisms holding it all together. In this session we help you see where you had to disconnect from the parts of yourself you were taught were unacceptable through your environmental circumstances, familial generational patterns, and programming through societal expectations of conforming to be accepted. During this first session we are establishing a baseline of the way you perceive your reality due to these environmental factors that shaped your conscious thought processes. The next step after this session, is learning how to dive into your depths to rewrite your reality, and be guided to a place of peace, and balance within the mind, body, and spirit. Learning to live your life from the heart center. ✨ What This Session Is The Shadow Insight Session is an introduction to the parts of yourself that are ready to be awakened and ignited into truth. Together, we uncover specific patterns that have been shaping your reality from the subconscious, we discover the core seed beliefs that keep you in your head, and we bring light to the reasons why they continue to repeat. Sometimes for years. You’ll walk away with language for your inner experience, clarity around your emotional patterns, and a renewed sense of direction. Most importantly, you’ll feel more connected to yourself and more grounded in your next steps. I help you create a plan for how to rewrite your life, so that you are living your reality in the most fulfilling way you can possibly imagine or create by helping you reprogram the parts of the subconscious that are running the show from the viewpoint of unchecked baggage, and perceptions of self that are an illusion.
